We’ve been conducting some work on London Road, including improvements to the crossing point across Inhurst Road, and providing more pavement space.
These improvements aim to provide safer crossings and access to nearby houses and shops for people who live in or visit the area. They include widened pavement with tactile paving to help those with visual impairments.

This phase of work started on Monday 12 August 2024 and will last approximately seven days. Our contractors, Colas, will work between 8am and 6pm, dependent on weather conditions and will try to keep any noise to a minimum.
