Information sessions are being held on 1 October and 6 October at the former Debenhams building, Handley’s Corner, Palmerston Road, for anyone wishing to find out more about the proposed temporary cycle lane on Elm Grove and Kings Road. There is also an opportunity to have a socially distanced conversation with a member of staff working on this scheme. For more information on this proposed scheme visit www.portsmouth.gov.uk/elmgrove.

Please cancel your ticket if you are experiencing any of the coronavirus symptoms.

Each ticket allows 6 people to enter the event either from one household or bubble. To help manage queueing we encourage you to attend within the first 20 minutes of the allocated time and this will help us in managing the flow of visitors.

Please scan the session QR code with the NHS Test and Trace app on your mobile phone as you enter the event. If you don’t have the app we will ask for your details.

Once inside please wear a face covering, there will be hand sanitiser available at the entrance and please follow the guidance provided by the member of staff.

The events could be cancelled at the last minute if there are any changes in government coronavirus guidance affecting this activity.
