Get active with your family this summer at one of our free, fun events in your local park.
Discover the benefits of swapping car journeys for greener, cleaner ways to travel like walking and cycling or riding a rental e-scooter. One lucky person will also win a bike, lock and helmet in our prize draw!
There’s loads for you to do, whatever your age, with a range of stalls and activities focused on living a healthier, more active lifestyle.
Events are held between 11am and 2pm and take place at the following locations:
- Wednesday 2 August – Paulsgrove Park CANCELLED DUE TO A YELLOW WEATHER WARNING OF STRONG WINDS
- Thursday 3 August – Hilsea, Alexandra Park
- Wednesday 9 August – Southsea, Canoe Lake
- Thursday 10 August – Baffins Park (near playground)

In addition, our Hilsea event at Alexandra Park will include activities and events from Cycle My City
- Grow your cycling confidence and find out how to become a Cycle Way-Maker
- Try out a range of bikes, including adapted cycles for people with reduced mobility
- Try out your cycling skills in the velodrome (Mountbatten Centre)
